Casa Andrea
Casa Andrea is a three bedroom villa sleeping up to 6 people and has its own private pool and is within easy walking distance of the beach and all the amenities of Cala en Porter, a lovely quiet resort on the south coast of the beautiful island of Menorca.
Located on one level it has a spacious lounge with leather sofas, Sky TV(Freeview), DVD, video, CD player, dining area and air conditioning. The fully fitted kitchen has a washing machine, fridge freezer, oven/hob, microwave, toaster, kettle etc.
There are 3 bedrooms, a double and 2 twins, all having fitted wardrobes.
It has two bathrooms, one with a bath / shower and one with a shower. Patio doors lead from the lounge into the garden and pool which is very secluded and private. The villa has its own swimming pool with sun loungers and a patio area with built in barbeque and patio furniture perfect for outside dinning.
The villa also has an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and safe. Towels and linen are changed weekly. The villa also has off road parking.
As the villa is maintained and furnished to a very high standard we request that you limit smoking to the outside areas.
It is advisable to book early, at least a year in advance, for high season as we get very busy and take a lot of repeat bookings.
